Inspiration in place of words,

Featuring beautiful photos and held together in a finely crafted book, 1000 Steampunk Creations does exactly what, in my mind, it was meant to do: Show the works of others and inspire its readers. While its true there is not much given on each creation beyond the artist's name, country and/or business name, one can easily do an independent search to find this information. This book gets the creative juices flowing and the ideas popping. If you're looking for a book to flip through without getting bogged down by sometimes unwanted or unnecessary information, this is the book for you!

This is, for the most part, a picture book. Full of artwork and handmade artifacts by enthusiasts and artists including company name, and country of origin.Enjoyable book.

This is a fascinating new genre and I love the unlimited possiblities presented in this beautifully photographed book. I am especially interested in the clothing. I don't know if any of you have read Kenneth Oppel's Airborne series but this is what I imagine the characters wearing and using as tools.
