In the meantime, my sister-in-law, saw the book at my house over Christmas - many of our wonderful desserts over Christmas came from this book - and decided she had to have it as well. The recipes are excellent, even if you are not committed to a low carb diet.
The author uses the slow cooker a lot which appeals to my need for simple-to-prepare meals.
