5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to read to help you understand!, Sep 27 2011

This review is from: 100 Q&A About Your Child's Epilepsy (Paperback)
My child has suffered from seizures for three years and I've struggled to understand the significance of the information provided by nuerologists. More importantly, because her seizures have abnormal EEG readings, understanding the significance of those readings and trying to frame all this information into a meaningful whole has been a challenge. I recently stumbled across this book in a library and figured I read it just to see. I really enjoyed that the information is neatly organized into a meaningful fashion. In addition, the information was just in-depth enough for me to understand, but not so in-depth that it was overwhelming. I couldn't believe the difference in the discussions I had with the nuerologist after reading this book. Not only could I understand more, but I was able to highlight key information that had previously been overlooked during my child's screening. This book is a very good read for a parent who wants to learn more because his/her child has recently been diagnosed.
