3.0 out of 5 stars 101 Linebacker Drills June 3 2000
By JAM - Published on Amazon.com
The book is great if your a football coach. It's full of useful drills. However, If your looking for techniques or info on how to be a better Linebacker this is not the book. A better book would be Lou Tepper's "Complete Linebacking". 101 Linebacking Drills is not a bad book, but it's purpose focuses on drills only.
2.0 out of 5 stars Too wordy Feb. 19 2014

The book was really wordy. Very poor descriptions of the drills. Too many grammatical and spelling errors. Really disrupts the reading.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, Great for Good, Solid Linebacker Drills Jan. 6 2000
By arglistas@yahoo.com - Published on Amazon.com
I bought this book for more ideas on how to build a more complete linebacker, not just one with speed, but the average guy that every team seems to have. This book has given me plenty of ideas for drills that won't let a player get board and complacent in practice. If your looking for a variety of drills to get more out of your players, then this is definately your book.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Sequel is 101 Ways to Get Drilled in the Back Nov. 20 2012
By Josh n. - Published on Amazon.com
This book is a must read if you are a young player who needs to learn to defend against the spread. Jerry will show you the how he prefers to go after tight ends and it's clear he wants his young players to be flexible and agile and to fight penetration into the secondary. Learning to stretch and warmup properly is a must and the coach will watch you to make sure you get it right. After all, it is good to be properly warmed up and stretched out, so you don't get injured when you have to hit the showers with the coach after the big game.

I also recommend the book "Touched" by Coach Jerry.
