About the Author

I love this book, it has helped me to be a little more secure in my cooking. The recipes are delicious and very easy to follow. I own the ramen book and the chicken book as well.

Lousy Book Feb. 11 2015

I thought I was getting a book that had lots of different recipes using ground beef, but it seems this book only gives you different recipes for the same dish. Like multiple recipes for meat loaf. I was hoping for a more diverse book. I will keep searching for the right book. I know there has to be one out there, but this one did not do it for me.

I also have the chicken book. My family & I have enjoyed trying the new dishes. Most are quick & easy and not expensive to make. We hesitated making a couple of the dishes but they were quite tasty.
