Bought this to digitize hundreds of business cards I have collected over the past couple of years. This scanner seems to work well when the card is pretty "plain vanilla" (doesn't have a lot of fancy fonts or data positioning). I have to correct the data input on about 10% of the cards (data didn't import correctly). I notice now that I have scanned over 300 cards that the rollers are beginning to slip a little. This causes the card to twist a little when it passes through the scanner resulting in a slightly crooked image, but still readable. I am NOT importing these into Outlook, even though they claim to be able to do this easily. I only keep active contacts in Outlook. I like the ability to create and search categories, do a second scan for the back side of the card (although this does take more time), have an area for notes, and print to an Excel sheet. Bottom line: this unit helps me reduce the paper I have in the office so I can throw away the cards that I have been collecting and putting in piles around the office - which is why I bought it.
