Live recordings of the mid-80s version of this legendary Belgian rock band. It contains about 3/4 of the material from "Uzed" and "Heatwave", their two LP releases from this period. After this they disbanded for about 12 years. It shows the band moving away from its original acoustic, chamber rock sound toward a more keyboard dominated electric sound. To those unfamiliar with this band, they play instrumentals employing complex rhythms and very dark themes. I consider the music on this CD to be among the most creative classically influenced rock music ever written and performed. It was a treat to their fans when this was released as the band's more recent work has not been a complete return to the dramatic soundscapes explored in these compositions.
