The 2002 Team and Organization Development Sourcebook is the seventh annual edition of a yearly sourcebook filled with team building activities, questionnaires, job aids, and how-to articles. Each tool can be easily removed and photocopied for distribution to team members. Participant materials can also be downloaded from the web and customized to fit the needs of the trainers audience.

The 2002 Sourcebook will contain approximately 40 tools to build teams and organizations. These kinds of tools will include:

assessment instruments (evaluative tools intended to build awareness, provide feedback about specific situations and promote individual or group reflection)
helpful handouts (succinct descriptions of practical tips that help when developing individuals, teams, or organizations)
practical guides (how to articles containing useful ideas and guidelines for implementing ideas or initiatives) All of the resources in the sourcebook have a direct practical application to the daily work of team facilitators, trainers, and internal and external consultants.
