Great idea - but no illustrations as the box cover would lead you to believe.

5.0 out of 5 stars My Brother LOVED it!, Jan 12 2010

Great for the history buff. My brother either watches sports or the History Channel so this was a perfect Christmas present!

2.0 out of 5 stars Very politically correct and even has a major error!, Oct 1 2010
By Scott Quinn - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: 2010 History Channel This Day in History Boxed Calendar: 365 Remarkable People, Extraordinary Events, and Fascinating Facts (Calendar)
History buffs can do better than this. There is even an error--not the worst in the world, but it should never happen from something called "The History Channel." It is from today's offering, wherein the fall of the Persian Empire is said to have occurred in 642 BC.
