Engagement calendar

This I'm afraid is a bit of a disappointment. I usually manage to buy a "London" engagement calendar at a bookstore, not this year. every other country seemed to be available but not one of my homeland. The pictures may be well photographed but are not of the London that I know and love. Plus I like colour and these are all black and white. The calendar is more like a book than a calendar. it's very hard cover, that has an addition of a plastic protector, and the pages are cardboard, therefore hard to turn. The information is in several languages which may appeal to some folk, I want mine in English first foremost and only, and while tree is some good points, many pages for names address, tele and email , and it does list all the British holidays and special days it's not the kind of calendar that I can put in my handbag and take with me. I always carry a big handbag so it's usually not and issue. Finally at $15.+ I think it's overpriced. BUT, it's a calendar, it's has London in it's pictures and it's a taste of home for me, so it can't be all bad.

This is the 2nd year I have purchased this London calendar. It's the perfect size. I take my calendar to meetings and have it on my desk as my appointment book. The hard plastic cover [front and back have a frosted hard plastic page that acts as a protective cover]keeps it from getting frayed or torn. The pages are easy to read and are thick enough to use permanent markers or colored ink without seeping through to the other side.
My only 'complaint' is that there is not a picture on every week. The pictures are beautiful and if you love London you will love these pics.
