I've enjoyed reading 2600 magazines for several years now. It's only as good as its contributors, but they pick their contributors well. It is intended for hackers in general, from phone hackers to gadget hackers to computer and network hackers.

Some of the articles in this one are...
* How to spot a fake letter from the IRS
* The weakness of a digital door lock
* Upvoting for movies on a website
There's also an article on Argentina's pay phone situation.

You can subscribe monthly but I prefer the quarterly edition as it doesn't have an expiration built into it as does the monthly Kindle edition.
