completely new and simple way to lose weight and be peaceful,

this has a lot of prayers, chants, easy yoga, singing, ti[ps, real easy exercises meditations and is really new in the way you can pick what you want or stick to a day to day set of recomendations. the host is nice and sincere. its like having church, dance studio, garden and a gym all in your tv room. this is a very very new way to exercise. spiritual and christian but not preachie. it took me a while to get into it but i am really hooked. it can be about a half hour a day or a few minutes. i lost about 10 pounds really simply and have done it every day for about 2 months. i want another one with more that is my highest recommend.

This DVD is Great! It has everything that has been missing from every other workout tape I have ever tried. I feel physically and spiritually lifted after following the easily laid out instructions, Thank You!

I just got this DVD. Although I have only used it a couple of days, it's amazing. It gives me peace, guides prayers, and at the same time is very energizing -- there is dancing and singing, and yoga. This is a total workout, and very easy. I feel great from it. I awake wanting to do this, which is unlike any other program I have ever tried.
