I can't believe the first time I use this method of ordering, you don't come through. Then get a call 2 days after it is to be here, after I sent a reply. Should have been emailed or phoned right away to be told you couldn't send the item because there was a defect in them. Then I was to be sent another one and Still no show of the product that was ordered on March 8th. Wow and you expect people to be happy about your service. I'm I still getting this item or do I have to go else where!!!!!!!!!!Not Happy!!!!!!

Cheap, low quality knockoff,

To be fair, the Screen 'works', if you could call it that. I think the 'glass' must be some kind of plexiglass. You can't even touch it without the LCD bleeding and making rainbow effects throughout the screen. Almos as if the 'glass' is flexing at the tiniest of touches, making the attached LCD flex and distort beneath the so-called glass.I'd recommend getting a different brand, preferably Oem, or be prepared for a bad experience with the product. Also note, check the package carefully upon arrival. Mine was missing the absolutely critical 3m glue and the replacement home button upon arrival. Attempting to repair without these parts is impossible and a waste of time. I sent the supplier a note a couple of days ago, but am not sure of their solution to the missing parts as they have not replied yet. Hopefully if I can get it glued in properly, the LCD problem will be reduced, but I doubt it, considering that a feather touching the screen is enough to distort it.

Pros:This was a great product and the shipping was crazy fast, got it in like five days. Works wonderfully, fits perfect Tools are VERY helpful and work great with the tutorials on youtube. Cons: A little too pricey considering ebay and amazon.com This was a great product and the only this I wish is that they decide to lower the price to about 25-28 dollars where it can compete with other websites. If you have a broken screen, buy this lcd and digitizer assembly, take my word.
