Product Description

--Pierre Guillaume

HASH(0x9b614474) out of 5 stars Key position in music tradition July 12 2007

Format: Audio CD
Jepthe is one of the most important oratorios of Carissimi, it would open a tradition from 1600 to 1750 Handel, near above 150 years. On the theatrical expression, Jepthe is a key influence model to the latter. If you never touched Carissimi, or you loved Handel, suggest to try this one.
