This notebook PC is aimed at the gaming, entertainment use and though not inexpensive, it contains a lot of power in a very small format. The components are choice, so I'd rate this as a luxury laptop. It weighs just a shade under 6 lbs, and is 15 1/2 by 10 1/2 inches with a thickness of just over an inch, so it's very small in size.

CPU--this is a multi-core, Intel 2.2 GHz Core i7-2670QM, there are two of them. 8 GB RAM (2 x 4GB)

Performance: This is clearly aimed at the gaming and entertainment market--great sound, wonderful graphics display and power enough for games, but usable as a PC for general applications (word processing, spreadsheets, internet access, email) as well. The battery is a lithium ion six-cell unit, but with all the power output for graphics, media and sound, you get about 3 or 4 hours of battery time, which is average but not bad.
Accessories: For gamers and blu-ray films, there is a bundled sub-woofer to add to your enjoyment of the sound. SonicMaster makes a small, tin-can sized unit that gives those deep bass sounds that add so much to exciting viewing or playing.
Bottom line: Very powerful, sleek, attractive game and entertainment PC with enough power, sound and display capability to make a very enjoyable experience in a very small format.
