so far so good! was able to meet my expectations
-i am able to surf the internet very fast
-play games like torchlight, walking dead, etc.
-very handy, light and compact
-up gradable (very rare in ultrabooks)
-very pretty casing!!!
i will give stars if the battery last longer
- last about 3 hours and a half on battery (minimal use- surfing the internet , creating document)
all in all i never regret buying this item!

I purchased this computer as as a birthday gift for my adult daughter. The machine worked well for some 4 months, meeting expectations. Then the dreaded blue screen event happened - the machine has gone back to ASUS Canada for service twice; it came back from ASUS today and it is still not working. It's true that computers and customer service systems fail from time to time, but returning the machine to the customer in a non-working, untested condition a second time is completely unacceptable. I will not buy another ASUS computer - a decision based primarily on the lack of ASUS Canada customer support/service and poor communication.
