This is a great cordless phone. The old one I had was useless as it wouldn't hold a charge but this one is great. I like the big buttons so I don't even have to put on my glasses to see what I'm doing. Also, I can increase the volume so I can hear the caller very clearly. Bargain price too!

This is one of the worse items I have ever bought. As soon as I plugged in the line cord I had interference on my wireless router and I couldn't use my other cordless phone due to the incessant buzzing. As soon as I removed the power everything went back to normal.
Their customer service is a very bad joke. I called the 1-800 number and went though a whole batch of recorded messages, including a 5 minute one telling me nothing until I could reach a "technical service representative" who turned out to be an imbecile who could only repeat what the recorded message said.
This experience will make think twice before buying any thing electronic on Amazon again.

There have been some issues where the phone will not connect to the landline. I ended up removing and reinserting the battery and a connected was made. I do not know if this is going to be an ongoing issue.

I was dissappointed to learn ATT cordless phones are owned and operated by VTEC; and I do not have any good things to say about VTEC products.

A decent phone at a decent price that works. Great for elderly or anyone who just doesn't like overly complex phones with gimmick features you would never use.

Pros:
Inexpensive
Clear signal
Illuminated number
User friendly

Cons:
none

UPDATE: When I first bought this phone a few months ago, I was all excited about the "design" -- BIG keys, BIG display. I thought "how nice." At that time, the voice quality (both speakerphone and non-speakerphone)was what I could only call "ok"--but not clear by any imagination. Well, I tolerated that letdown for 3 months. Then (just like OTHER Amazon reviewers have commented regarding AT&T phones!), the voice quality totally deteriorated! Of course, it's past the 30 day Amazon return window, so I can't send it back. Today, nobody can hear me on the phone (either speakerphone or regular mode)--they all say "Sorry--your phone cut out can you repeat that?" or "Sorry, I can't hear what you're saying'. So, I took the time to review more THOROUGHLY some Amazon reviews regarding AT&T phones in general (both desk phones and cordless) . . . I wished I done that before I spent money on this. It seems it's so hard to find a reliable phone these days! I just ordered a "Uniden" from Amazon that got high reviews. Let's pray it works. Anyway, I've learned my lesson with this disaster purchase: "Never, ever by an AT&T phone!"
