5.0 out of 5 stars 3 great episodes Sept. 3 2003
This videotape includes the first 3 episodes from the hilarious first season of ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS.
"Fashion" - Meet Edina Monsoon; fashion doyenne and PR Manager supreme. She's on her way to yet another celebrity show, with her boozy best mate Patsy Stone...
"Fat" - Huge crisis! Eddy's arch-rival Peggy 'The Stick' Caspar is coming for a long-overdue visit and Eddy simply isn't thin enough! Time for drastic measures...
"France" - Eddy and Patsy have had enough of London. Time for some rest and relaxation in the rustic vineyards of gay Paree...
Starring Joanna Lumley, Jennifer Saunders, Julia Sawalha, June Whitfield, Jane Horrocks and Alexandra Bastedo.

5.0 out of 5 stars IT'S MADE ME A FAN! Jan. 25 2002
I had heard quite a bit of the series and decided to check it out of curiousity and time on my hands. I borrowed the first episode of the video series and was just dumbfounded by what I was watching. Curiously I continued on to the next episode and found myself getting really into it all with all the delightful controversy and bluntness being thrown at me as a viewer. By the 3rd episode on the tape, I was hooked, a junky, I needed more AbFab and raided all of the tapes in the series from the person I borrowed the first one from. Then I bought my own in a complete set with an extra bonus tape included. ....

2.0 out of 5 stars I only understand American English. Sept. 3 2001
I know this film was a smash hit with everyone who saw it.
I'm sorry but it was a disappointment to me. I almost couldn't understand a word that these British actresses said so of
course I could not figure out what it was about.
