I love the pullout feature of this faucet, and the original tiny faucet on my utility sink didn't cut the mustard. I could not find any utility sink faucets with the pullout feature for less than $100, but was delighted when I found this one at such a reasonable price. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a sink that I use occasionally. The faucet seems to be made of plastic with a chrome paint. It's not top quality, but it does the job. One odd aspect is that the knobs turn in opposite directions as compared to other faucets. I love the pullout feature to easily wash larger items placed in the sink, plus it makes it easy to rinse out the sink. All in all, I am satisfied with the faucet for the price. But, since it is not very durable and make of plastic, I am deducting 2 stars. (I award 3 stars for price and features.) If you are looking for something more durable and heavy duty, I suggest finding one made of metal at a higher price. Otherwise, this might be a good fit for you, too!

My views are very much in line with those of "Lady in Jax 'Michelle'" who gave this item three stars. It did not cost much, it does work, and the pull-out feature is nice. But it is of very flimsy construction overall, and I wonder how well it will hold up. The direction of turn for the faucets is a little odd: both the hot and cold faucets turn counterclockwise, from least-to-most-flow. You get used to it.

I installed this product and turned OFF the cold side. Turned on the main water supply and to my surprise the water was flowing. BUT it was not suppose to, the handle was OFF. Well from my observation they used all hot water or left side cartridges in these faucets, I sent mine back after no help from Ace hardware's corporate customer service
