terrible product and no support May 5 2012

This product does not work. The instructions are brief and easy to follow. Other than plugging in the usb receiver and turning it on, there isn't any thing else to do. The camera and receiver must be within 10 feet of one another. I tried it from about 4 ft to a few inches, the device never worked. I got the same result on three computers. Looked up the support on their website, but the link just loops back to the homepage. I returned the product to Amazon, for a refund, with no hassle. A day after I returned the product, I saw this same product at Micro-Center, I thought I would give it a second chance, considering I may have received a faulty device the first time. No such luck. The second didn't work either, only the return process at micro-center was a huge hassle. Bottom line, don't waste your valuable time and money with this product or with micro-center.

Didn't work Jan. 27 2013

Video was choppy and poor quality. Audio was even worse.

I was really hoping this would work since the idea of having a wireless webcam would make for a clean untethered option in a meeting.

Sadly this was a huge disappointment.

Worked fine no major hiccups 1st time.
Software could be a little more
explainatory, but OK works reasonably well.
