Aftershock: Protect Yourself and Profit in the Next Global Financial Meltdown,
This review is from: Aftershock: Protect Yourself and Profit in the Next Global Financial Meltdown (Hardcover)
This book is a real eye opener. It's a counter view of the future to those "experts" who missed the 2008 crash. An entirely different paridgm of looking at things to come. I hope they are not right but they make a strong case that they are. In that they accurately predicted the 2008 meltdown in a previous book, one would be wise to consider what they say. They make useful suggestions of how to protect oneself financially from the coming "aftershock". Well written.

Not a bad read,
This review is from: Aftershock: Protect Yourself and Profit in the Next Global Financial Meltdown (Hardcover)
It's a good analysis of the current economic trends. I personally feel uncomfortable when they praise themselves, and they do that all the time in this book. But other than that, it's ok.

Aftershock: A Different View,
By C. T. Underwood "Jeane J" (Edmonton AB CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Aftershock: Protect Yourself and Profit in the Next Global Financial Meltdown (Hardcover)
The authors base this book on their 2006 book which correctly predicted the 2008 financial market meltdown. They offer a different, more stark view of the next two to four years in the USA. They are not the cheerleaders that the rest of the financial market is giving us about a recovery. They should be taken seriously for their contrarian view. There are suggestions about how to ride out the bumpy road that they see coming. All those interested in investing should read it.
