The film is entertaining enough (ideally who wouldn't want a near-perfect Harrison Ford as president - definitely fiction), but as exciting as the blu-ray clarity is (and it's gorgeous), the audio is just as disappointing. Both dialogue and Jerry Goldsmith's score are completely overpowered by the excessively loud special effects (roaring planes, gunshots etc.). Too bad there are no audio options - I really hate having to constantly work the volume control through this movie. The only extra is the director's commentary. Plus, there's a bd live option for those who care, and a great bookmark feature under scene selection.

This is a good action movie, but be aware, it's NOT widescreen, this is a 4:3 ratio format copy. Amazon did not indicate the format and sadly I just discover it was not widescreen when I got it.

My family and I really liked this movie.
Lots of action and suspense. Of course I love Harrison Ford.
