Product Description

You don't have to be an avid hunter to enjoy the many UFO hotspots in the United States. Nor do you have to have any special clearance to pull your car up along the "Alien Highway" outside of Area 51 to watch the UFOs dance in the nighttime sky. Enthusiasts and vacationers looking for out-of-the-ordinary excursions just need this unique user's guide to the most historic UFO hotspots around. Inside is classified information from across the nation, such as:
  • The Hudson Valley Triangle—New York
  • The Kokomo Lights—Indiana
  • The Great Lakes UFOs—Michigan
  • The Maury Island Incident—Washington
  • The Gulf Breeze Sightings—Florida
Whether they're driving, camping, or flying, this book is the only guide readers will need to learn the story behind the hotspot, find the best hotel or campsite—and catch a glimpse of our friends in the sky.

5.0 out of 5 stars A return to a more down to earth approach at the UFO phenomenon., Oct 5 2010

This review is from: Aliens in America: A UFO Hunter's Guide to Extraterrestrial Hotpspots Across the U.S. (Paperback)
Regardless if you're a hardcore UFO enthusiast or just someone wanting to plan a unique road trip, this book is perfect for both. Not only is it a great introduction to some of the most influential UFO stories in history, but it also doubles as a great road map/destination guide for those deciding to actually venture to the many "UFO Hot spots" as they are called within the field. It even gives you directions and a list of dining, hotels and other various travel worthy necessities privy to each area at the conclusion of every chapter. All in all it's a wonderful book from the host of History Channels' "UFO Hunters" that can be enjoyed by newcomer or elite UFO aficionado alike.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cases well presented, Aug 20 2011
By Umberto Fortini "Umberto Fortini" - Published on Amazon.com
This review is from: Aliens in America: A UFO Hunter's Guide to Extraterrestrial Hotpspots Across the U.S. (Paperback)
No one knows more about UFOS than Bill Birnes. You may not agree with him all the time, but hey, he knows how to present and document his cases. After all he has more than 30 years of experience in ufology. Aliens in America is an excellent reference book to cases that take us to aliens hotspots. Read and learn from Bill.
