The pages of this book keep turning practically of their own accord. You will never want to put it down! The characters are extraordinary. Five stars: Just the right amount of heroism and excitement. If you like to feel every emotion this is the book for you. You'll love it! Plus the author has added a little "City of Angels" outlook on life and our roles on earth.

Barbara's characters are so real you'll feel like you're reading about your closest friends. The women in her books are strong, determined and passionate about life. The men are just as intense and genuine. And the situations they find themselves in are immediately captivating; everything in these character's live is at stake right from the start -- including falling in love with the one person who will make their lives even more difficult. Barbara is a great writer: you won't be able to put this book down.
