I ordered two different products and I sent this one back as it didn't retain the air I pumped into it.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is a good one Dec 9 2009

I purchased this ball for 2 reasons, 1. I am about 6ft tall and it does go by height, when you use one in a gym they don't often have one sized for tall people. 2. If has a 600 lb limit...not that I am 600 lbs, but I am heavier and I wanted to know I had a sturdy ball, beyond my weight. It was easier to pump up than I thought, there were no instructions per se, but it's not rocket science. I noticed afterward there was an instruction on the plastic covering the pump on which end to place the tubing. The pumping just takes a little time, and I am so glad they give you the tape to measure the circumference, or I would never have blown it up enough. You think it looks done and you still have a ways to go. I was still shy about 5 or 6 inches, but it seemed good. I like that they give you a little tool to lift the pin out of the ball to start pumping, and they give you an extra pin in case you lose it. The DVD is one of those mini ones, I haven't looked at it yet. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

1.0 out of 5 stars Terrible exercise ball. Could not stay inflated. Feb. 25 2011

I followed the instructions for exactly how much to pump up the ball, and the ball would NEVER stay fully inflated. I just ended up throwing it away. I should have demanded my money back. It was more like a high quality beachball than a respectable exercise ball.
5.0 out of 5 stars Bought this for a computer chair replacement Aug. 13 2013

This thing is a monster, I mean HUGE. it took forever to blow up with our air pump and it required needle nose pliers to remove the plug. Dont make mistake i did and blow it up in the room you arent using it, this will NOT clear a door when fully inflated. This has been great to stretch out my back when it's sore, bounce a rotten baby, bounce for the fun of it, have inappropriate relations ;) It's also great for teasing your husband on. Oh and also did work out great for a computer chair :)
