If you work in an office with multiple people using architectural scales, you probably notice yours comes up missing every now and then. I know mine does. So I looked for a nice one, and came up with this aluminum beauty. It weighs a little more than the plastic, and is about a full inch longer than the standard. The great thing is, I KNOW it's mine. Everyone's been warned, if it ends up elsewhere, I'll beat them with it.Not much else to say about a scale.

This is a very nice ruler. I am not a professional drafter but have used several others and this is by far the nicest. It is aluminum and one has to be careful not to drop it so that the corners do not end up dented--I do not think that it wold bend though. I would definitely purchase this product again.

This aluminum ruler was purchased for a carpenter in the theater industry. It's far superior to plastic ones which are easily crushed!
