It is a good dummy, solid material and worth for the money, only with a few drawbacks.

The most important part is, this dummy cannot stand still by itself. In this regards, serveral techniques cannot be practised. And, the figure does have a Barbie style, the leg is unpropotionably LONG...however, the arms are way too short.

I have bought and tried this product. I am training freestyle wrestling and BJJ. Pretty good workout to throw that thing around. I am a 200lbs guy and this dummy still feel heavy for me. Good uses for wrestling (alot of throws and takedowns work and parterre work). The legs are a little bit too long and the arms a little bit too short. Not for speed work because it takes energy to handle that thing around. Overall I am satisfied, but I was expecting a leathery type of fabric and I had some kind of canvas that is pretty skin rashing. That's exactly the reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 4

the price and quality are good; We use this for wrestling and saved our club several hundred compared to the competitor's pricing; To heavy for under ten but works great

Good for judo June 22 2009
By Sardious - Published on Amazon.com
Size Name: 90-Pound
This is a good size and weight for practicing judo. I can also practice clinch-work as well and ground and pound and some submission work. I have been pleased in the use for the first month of having the product. The clinch work was a nice suprise bonus

Good training piece of equipment. Dec 14 2012
By Paul L. Jefferson - Published on Amazon.com
Size Name: 120-Pound Verified Purchase
A very dead weighted piece of training equipment, found some flaw's the arms I feel are not long enough to proform arm lock holds and the head part I found to be to small. If your looking for something to throw around the dummy is very hevy actually feels more heavy then is advertised because of the dead weight feeling. Also if your training consist of moving this grappling dummy in positions of sitting up are standing forget it, defianetly not for that type of use.The jury is still out on my satisfaction of this training device, I may have more of a review at a later time. This items depends on what your actually going to be using it for that will determine if it's something that is useful for you.
