I was biding my time in the mall with my wife, when I heard a song being played as background music over the store intercom. I had never heard the song before, but found it haunting. I am an old CSNY fan from the late sixties and early seventies. I instantly recognized the harmony and guitar work. I memorized the chorus line and searched the web when I got home and sure enough, found it to be CSNY's "Got it made" from American Dream. I will be buying this CD soon.

As for some of the reviews that say the CSNY magic is gone, that one track defines their magic and makes the CD worthwhile

I know many people bad mouth this album and everyone is entitled to your opinion and mine is that this album is amazing. I first heard this album on cassett when I was about 8. I listened to it so much that I actually wore out the tape. For a while I forgot about this album but recently I found my old copy and went and bought a cd release. The lyrics that have been created here have brought me to tears, they touch me on such a deep level. As well as having great vocals and instrumental the lyrics make everything so much better.

Actually CSNY didn't make any mistake. It was my mistake that I bought this album ignoring "Deja Vu". I have listened to the album may be four to five times. I agree that the standard of the album is definitely higher than many of the so called chart toppers but still it gives me a certain dissatisfaction.
