It is OK...that is about it. Mediocre, middle of the road, nothing to write home about. A few good song choices, but I was hoping for some originality, some "je ne se qua"..ok, my French is weak! The man has talent; is it all going into writing French songs that aren't being translated into English. If you like to hear some old favourites, buy this; if you want to hear Roch Voisine, don't buy this...you will be disappointed.

Well considering all the support the Canadian music industry has given Roch - in helping him build a solid base to expand into the rest of the world -- recording an album of Americana is a total cop-out!

Further, his sugar-coated voise cannot do justice to the classics on the CD. It ia about as credible as Celine Dion singing opera.
