This cookbooks is one of my most used cookbooks. While I wouldn't call it a "diet cookbook" per se, it is a cookbook that makes healthier substitutions in recipes. Most of the recipes I've tried so far have been dinner recipes which have been FANTASTIC. I've made the spinach strudel, quinoa pilaf, super-crispy fish and Indian red lentils. My husband and I have loved all the recipes we've tried from this cookbooks and have had no recipes that failed, so far.
