This is an excellent book for intermediate to expert sewers. The designs are fresh and interesting and it includes cut out patterns! A great idea. That is often my frustration with other project books is that you have to create your own patterns.

I'm fairly new to sewing and think this book is great. The step by step instructions really are extremely clear. The best thing is that when you've finished making something, it's actually attractive, useful and modern looking. I've made three things so far and I'm so happy with them. Trusting in and following the simple instructions, there is nothing in this book that is too difficult for a novice to make.
It's a very attractive book and comes with patterns for some of the projects.

I absolutely love Amy Buttler fabric, patterns and books and this one is no exception. It's a book full of beautiful pictures and lotsa great full size patterns. I'm a begginer sewer and have no problems with following her patterns. There's everything from a pretty little apron to comfy lounge pants and lots more :O)
