Excellent source book, Jun 4 2006

While Conway is hardly one of the "Olde Masters" in craft literature, this is an excellent source book for the multiple pantheons of Pagan Gods and Goddesses worshipped throughout the world. Much easier of a read than the Farrar's "The Witches God and Witches Goddess" so its better for a beginning student of the craft. Pictures and indexes make this a really decent source of info that is easily used.

Informative, Jun 19 2007

I've owned this book since 1995 and it's come in handy on several occasions. I like the way it's broken down, and as mentioned, the index has been quite useful. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it does well for me.

Ancient & Shining Ones Review, Jun 4 2009

This book seems to be a fairly comprehensive tome of several different mythologies, deities and religious paths.
I'm not sure how accurate all the material is. But it's been useful for a reference guide.
