Format:Audio CD
I am a huge fan of ALL of Doreen Virtue's work (I own everything she's done). Her cd's are magical as I always feel better the day after listening to them at night before bedtime. The positive feel with the words she uses sets the body for a restful healing period. No word of a lie - her cd's work! Can't beat positive words mixed in with angel energy!!! I recommend any or all of her cd's - buy one now and see for yourself - you will soon want her collection!

This CD is so great! Usually with meditations, I am so intent on listening along, following each and every step, and that is how I started with this.. but then one day I finally reached a meditative state with it (and only this CD). I felt like I was floating. Part of me heard the CD, but part of me didn't. I was half awake. I was finally in a meditative state. You can really feel the presence of the angels (sometimes more than other times). It really helps you open up and let go.

I've been using my Cd for 5 days now and have noticed a difference in several areas of my life. I've used other meditations and they definitely haven't had any results this quickly. I also didn't find that I was questioning the words at any time. After listening to some other Cd's I have usually thought hmmmm, that doesn't sound right, but not with this one. Definitely recommend.
