Adventure in a Hospital Emergency Department Oct. 2 2012
By Amazon Customer - Published on
Format: Paperback
Emergency room accounts always interest people, not only for the patients involved but also for the successful treatments (and sometimes not successful.) However, not all hurting people in ER's are patients. Some are employees.

With sympathy and concern, Dr. Lesslie brings stories of his work alive for readers. As a former ER RN, I believe his attitude as well as his skill helped the people he saw during their treatments and recovery.

The book also contains a mystery about who is stealing drugs from the ER supplies. A young hospital administrator is sure he knows the thief. His actions impact the efficiency of ER functioning and cause misery for some of the staff. Readers will wonder if this man's unwise accusations will be stopped.

Being a nurse I thought it was very interesting & there was even a plot to it. I thought it would just be different stories of things that happened in the ED. I passed it along to another nurse who I work with. Was in great shape when I got it & got it quickly.

Another Great Dr. Leslie Book March 17 2013

I have read everything this man has put forward. They are spiritual and uplifting but not sappy. Think of them as the adventtures of a Christian man in an emergency room where al kinds show up and no he is not preachy. I recommend thes to the christian, the ER buff and the emergency services guru.

Wonderful Nov. 16 2012

I very much enjoy all of Dr. Lesslie's books. He sounds like a caring, compassionate, Christian Dr. His patients are truly blessed to have him look after them. The staff sound like a very caring lot too. I like how the Dr. can see angels in some of the most unloveable patients.
