Almost as Great as the book

I really appreciate Dr. Servan-Schreiber for all the effort and updating he does to keep this information cutting edge. I have been using this eating method ever since my cancer surgery in Feb. and so far so good. I've lost 10 lbs, and feel good most of the time.
I enjoyed seeing and hearing the author of the book that is helping to save my life.
He's charming and funny and he has lived this Anticancer way of life himself successfully and wanted to share what you Oncologist will usually not tell you. Mine recommended the book but only after I opted out of Chemo and Radiation.
There are of course, important charts and almost 100 pages of footnotes on all the studies to which he refers that are only available in the book. In the US we do not have food/healing studies for medical reasons because they are not profitable to anyone but the patient. What a joke.

I just went through a surgery for breast cancer and during my recovery my brother called to say that I should watch a program that was on with Dr.Schreiber. I did watch and enjoyed his great expertise and all the information most doctors don't tell us. I ordered this book called Anti-Cancer and the video also from Amazon. I am very pleased with it and also the speed and price Amazon offers.
