Grade 3 Up This book serves as an inexpensive means of obtaining some educational software for use on an Apple microcomputer. The programs will have general interest to a wide age range; they are preceded by some essential easy-to-understand information about how to use each program. In addition, the programs are identified by skill area (coordination, language arts, mathematics, memory and logic, science and social studies). Grade-level applicability and program modifications are also described (modification tips are included in the appendix). The programs, once entered into the microcomputer, can be used for the grade level indicated, but the few games for preschoolers and beginning readers will require the help of an older child or adult to enter the program. Also included in the book is a program titled "Build a Quiz," which helps create quizzes on any subject. A useful book that would be of interest to children and adults, especially parents who want to interact with their children while using the microcomputer. SWZ
