this was not for me but for my daughter's 40th birthday. she had wanted one for a while,and so when she got it she was SO happy. she tells me she is enjoying adding aps and using it for lots of things. apparently THE thing to have these days .

I LOVE my Apple Ipad2,

I bought the (white) 16GB version od the Ipad2, which can use either WIFI or 16GB, which version costs a little more up front, but provides Internet access wherever I am in the world. That being said, I have since upgraded my Internet modem at home so that we now have WIFI in our home. This has reduced my monthly operating costs of the IPad considerably and is an option well worth exploring with your Internet service provider (ISP) if you anticipate more than moderate use of your Ipad2.
