Book Review,
By A Customer
This review is from: Applications in Medical Nutrition Therapy (Paperback)
This book is good as a supplement, and is thorough in content. However, it is not good at explaining calculations or how to get them. It would have been helpful to have examples to follow for calculations and questions in "To test your understanding" section of the book.
