As the old freighter continues along the isolated coastline towards Nome and the Arctic Circle, Ara believes it is on some dreadful mission. When someone tries to kill her, she confides in handsome Marc Stewart, who attempts to convince her that she must give up her search for her missing father.
Marc fails to tell her that he and her father are business associates, and when Ara finds out, she suspects that Marc is playing some major role in the danger that she faces. She is more determined than ever to solve the mystery, but finds herself all alone on a terrifying voyage.
About the Author
Loretta Jackson and Vickie Britton are a sister/co-authoring team whose fourteen published novels include mysteries, romantic suspense, and a travelogue. In the summers, they take trips to exotic locales in the United States, Europe, Mexico, Egypt, and China to research books. Vickie lives in Laramie, Wyoming with her husband, Gary, and son, Ed. Loretta resides in Junction City, Kansas.

I've always wanted to go to Alaska and reading this book was just like being there. Arctic Legacy is exciting! I enjoyed the fast action and the appealing characters.

This is a fascinating book about a young woman's search for her father who has disappeared in Alaska. In addition to the mystery there is romance involved. The story is fiction but the locale is authentic and you will know more about Alaska after reading the book. There are some surprises and you will enjoy reading this novel as well as other books by these authors.
