Decent book but not the best., Aug 5 2003

I was disappointed in this book. While it does very briefly cover several arm wrestling techniques, I did not really know how to perform any of them even after reading the book. Also, the "exercises" section of the book was just a collection of traditional weight lifting exercises and did not teach me anything new to do in the gym. I think this book is decent, but a much much better book to get would be The Ultimate Guide to Arm Wrestling Technique. I think it is the best book written on arm wrestling out there.
