Dr. Adams covers many areas of this unconfortable condition and gives insight with natural solutions. The content is consise, easy to understand and plentiful. The book reviews types and causes; digs into botanical solutions, as opposed to pharmaceutical options, and uncovers the fallacies of glucosamine and chondroitin. Other solutions are nicely offered to reduce tension and relieve pain in the joints, such as using aromatherapy or natural sun. Very good information, without being overbearing. Well done.
