I really enjoyed this book, it was truly amazing for me and very hard to put down. I will definitley read it again. In fact if i ever win the lotto i would buy this book for everyone i know. This book gives you exercises to help connect with your personal guides and angels.It also tells you of the various "types" of guides that there are and i definitely wasnt aware of them. I am now. Sonia also shares with you her personal stories of ways she or her clients connect with their guides. This book gives you a lot of knowledge and i for one am very happy to have found it. I really enjoyed her writing style, and i look forward to reading more of her books. I also have the Ask your guides Oracle deck which i use frequently and enjoy. If your curious about your guides and want to learn more then i definitely reccomend this book.

This is a great book full of information for getting in contact with your guides. There is also information on contacting your Guardian Angel and other angels when needed and it really works.The difference of the types of spiritual guides is explained clearly and at the end of each chapter is an exercise to be done. This exercise allows one to re-enforce what was taught in the chapter. There is also a summary within the chapter which can be used for a quick reference or just to remind you of what you've read. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in learning how to contact your spirit guides and angel. It is well written, easily understood, with just enough examples of others experiences. Reading this volume is encouraging me to purchase more of this author's books! Buy it!!!

How many times have you had that little nagging feeling about something and ignored it only to regret it later? Too many times to count? Me too...I'm not sure why we tend to ignore our intuition. We know that each time we do, we're going to end up unhappy. I guess following our intuition seems like such a big leap of faith, especially when the actions seem to push us towards being honestly ourselves and following our bliss. The thought of being completely happy, the ability to trust our inner guidance, and the understanding that intuition is actually a form of divine guidance may be difficult to fully accept. Ask Your Guides helps makes the transition a lot easier. From a very young age, the author learned to nurture her intuition and welcome divine guidance in all its forms. Not only has she learned to listen to that little voice but she has become proactive in seeking out appropriate resources that guide and help smooth the bumps of daily life. Ask Your Guides shows the reader how they too can learn these skills.
