I would totally recommend this album. After reading the other reviews on here, I took a chance on it. I only knew the one song from off the radio, "Catch my Disease". I love that song, and the rest of the songs are just as amazing. The album is upbeat, sweet and soulful. The music is beautiful and the message of each song is simple and beautiful. You will feel good after listening to this album.

I picked up this CD because I was dying for some new music and it was cheap. Terrible reason for buying a cd, having never heard a single song from it...but after giving it a couple listens, I am so glad I took the chance!This cd is so upbeat, it is impossible not to smile and sing along! It is addicting. I listen to it when I'm driving (it even makes being stuck in traffic enjoyable!), when I'm working out, or in the office. On a related note, I saw Ben perform at the Starlight in Waterloo, ON on August 19, 2006. He is a fantastic performer, and so hilarious - it made me enjoy the cd even more.

This CD is wonderful, if you're in a bad mood, play this, and you won't be for long. Ben's message of love is truly inspirational. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
