Great bedtime routine, Feb 21 2005

My son is now 2 years old, and we've played this CD every night at bedtime and during every nap since he was a few months old. It is so restful . . . for Mom & Dad too. We started incorporating this CD in with a bedtime routine in order to get him to sleep in his crib and hopefully through the night. It has worked beautifully to help trigger bedtime in his mind. Also, we've taken it with us in the car to trigger naptime on the road, and we play it when we stay in a hotel or somewhere that's not home. It helps him to feel relaxed despite unfamiliar surroundings. The music is great!
