About the Author
Before becoming a writer, Stephanie Zia was a production assistant, researcher and director, working on BBC music, art and anthropological documentaries around the world. After the birth of her daughter in 1994, she stopped moving around so much and published two 'mum-lit' novels, Baby on Board (Piatkus 2003) and Keeping Mum (Piatkus 2004).
