I adored this book. The characters are all people I'd love to know, from Murphy to Phoebe to "Bird." Longford's Southern voice really delivers. The book is sweet, funny, and tender.

I was captivated by this beautiful story the minute I heard Bird call him "my Murphy". Everything about these wonderful characters rang true, characters that will capture your heart. This author's work is a gift, well worth sharing with friends.

I never fail to read Lindsay Longford without feeling like she's opened up my world...I see people and the things around me in a different way. Her style is such a joy to read, and so are her stories & characters. What a gem. I can't wait for her next one.
