5.0 out of 5 stars A gripping mystery-hard to put down., April 21 1998

This mystery of hospitals and lawyer suicides is difficult to put down. Miss Molly works in both ER and the ME Office which is guaranteed to make her life lively, but she jumps into the middle of it when 5 lawyers commit suicide and she tries to find out why, endangering her own life. Who can she trust to tell what she has found out? I never suspected who was finally at the crux of the unfolding scandal of drugs, drug stocks and health practitioners. She puts a dollop of humor in on occasion, also. For all we prescription pill takers, it makes us catch our breath.

4.0 out of 5 stars Well written., Jun 20 1998

Ms. Dryer is very talented. Her books are clean, well written and suspensful. You won't find any plot holes or unanswered questions. However, the constant sarcasm, dark humor and overwhelming feeling of hopelessness gets old after a while. Personally, I wish she'd lighten up just a bit.
