Not the ending I hoped for,

After reading so many books on Bailey and Cody and finally looking forward to the finaly I was disappointed for for sure in the ending. I realize Bailey and Brandon make a beautiful love story too I just wish it had been a separate one somehow as all those books certainly had you hoping for a great ending for Cody and Bailey.

I've followed this series through to the end. I love all Karen Kingsbury's novels and have followed the story line faithfully. This is the very first novel that disappointed me. I realize that it's only fiction but my heart was set up for a certain ending and I feel like it took 5 novels to come to an extremely disappointing end. This is the first Kingsbury novel that I could put down without a problem and had difficulty picking up again. Usually I can't stop reading until I get to the last page. I admit there are some spiritual lessons once again ....but certainly not as "life changing" as her usual style.

This book is a wonderful story and is a great book to complete the Bailey Flanigan series. Karen Kingsbury is a wonderful author and writes good, clean, Christian fiction that anyone can read.
