It's a great introduction to building dashboards but the more I got into this book the more I felt was left out. The first half of the book was skipped right through and felt like it was added just to make the book thicker. A lot more could be said about working with features to make dynamic charts, such as check boxes and scrolling lists. With that said, it's a great reference and helped me build a few dashboards. I still refer to it occasionally when trying to remember the solution to a problem.

As an Excel power user, this book was not much use to me. But if you are new to reporting or new to excel, then this book will give you a good amount of clearly explained tips and ticks.

Excellent livre. Toute l'information y est, du plus théorique au plus pratique. Une petite entreprise pourrait mener à bien un tel projet seulement avec ce livre et une personne expérimentée en gestion. Pour les plus grandes entreprises, un consultant externe sera probablement requis, mais les gestionnaires devraient lire ce livre pour comprendre la démarche du consultant.
