This review is from: Banish Bloating (Paperback)
This is a small, readable book that gives a broad overview of what causes bloating (everything, it seems). The chapters go into detail about what happens when we eat, what every body part does during digestion, and how foods move through the body. For someone who knows nothing on the subject, this might be a good starting point. In short, the book's basic message is: drink water and stop eating wheat, dairy, sugar ... everything! The book is clear, concise, and, even though it's written by someone who is clearly British, it translates well to "American." However, I was hoping to find a nice day-to-day menu plan, and this book isn't quite it.
